`Request within 7 days`	Users can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the software does not meet their expectations. Refunds will only be granted if no significant usage has occurred.
`Technical issues`	If the software has critical technical issues that prevent proper functionality and cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund may be issued upon verification.
`Duplicate payment`	Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded upon verification of the transaction.
`No refunds after 7 days`	Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible, except in extraordinary cases reviewed by our support team.
`Subscription fees`	Refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions are only available if requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

`Subscription Cancellation`	Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
`Immediate Cancellation`	Users may choose to cancel their subscription immediately, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.
`Auto-renewal`	Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date. Users will receive a reminder email before renewal.
`Account Deactivation`	Canceling a subscription does not automatically deactivate a user account. Users can request account deletion separately.
